Danielle Wright, President
Danielle is an experienced Licensed Community Association Manager with more than 16 years’ experience in the Community Association Industry.
She obtained designations through CAI (Community Associations Institute) and CAMICB℠ (Community Association Managers International Certification Board) for the CMCA™ (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and AMS™ (Association Management Specialist).
She continues to demonstrate the fundamental knowledge needed to effectively and efficiently manage associations from small condominiums to large scale homeowner associations over 3,600 units.
Specializing in transition of Developer Controlled Communities, Condominiums and Homeowner Associations, Danielle makes any transition seamless for the existing and newly elected Board of Directors.
Danielle remains active in the industry serving as on various committees.
Kathryn Sajdak, Vice President
Kathryn is an experienced Licensed Community Association Manager with more than 16 years' experience in the industry in both onsite and portfolio management.
Kathryn specializes in Homeowner Associations and Large Scale Properties.
Kathryn has successfully completed multi-million dollar projects for various communities in South Florida.
Alice Munoz, Controller
Alice is a highly qualified professional with 30+ years of accounting, financial analysis, strategic planning and P&L experience in privately and publicly held companies on wall street, and in the property management industry. She is recognized for her proficiency and accuracy for executing financial procedures to facilitate month and year-end closings.
Alice obtained her Bachelors in Science specializing in Accounting. Alice is also a Licensed Community Association Manager and a Licensed Realtor. She has been part of this great industry for over 17 years.
